Flagship Website Rebrand
I am on a cross-functional team to redesign the organization’s flagship website as part an enterprise rebrand. My research has included a heuristic evaluation of the current site, participation in stakeholder interviews, creating an affinity map from those interviews, and enterprise personas.
Stakeholder Interviews, User Domain Analysis
I am on small team that conducted a series of stakeholder interviews in groups of 5-8. The interview questions focused on issues with the current site, as well as priorities and goals for the redesign.
I created an affinity map based on these interviews and pulled them into categories that reflected the main themes. These will be used in the larger domain analysis, along with the heuristic evaluation. View the heuristic evaluation
Enterprise Personas
The new brand guidelines called for enterprise personas. I wanted these to be different from typical personas in that they are not based on fictional people but rather the organization goals, behavior and data.
The completed personas are in Data Studio and include user research and data from Google Analytics and other sources.
